About the job
As a Service Engineer you are responsible for accepting, registering, and solving various problems with the end customer in the field of server hardware. This role provides the opportunity to quickly become acquainted with many different aspects of IT at a variety of clients and to broaden your knowledge and experience for the future of your career.
Customer focus is paramount. You will gain satisfaction from solving problems in an environment with different cultures and nationalities.
You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally to serve our customers.
Qualifications:
A completed MBO4 degree towards IT or comparable level obtained through experience.
You have an excellent command of the English language.
You have experience with 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk.
You have good communication skills.
You think analytically and problem‑solvingly.
You quickly acquire knowledge.
You can perform individually and under pressure.
You have (basic) knowledge of the Windows OS/Linux.
You have (basic) knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases).
You are representable.
You are in possession of a driving license (B).
