ServiceNow Developer
The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state‑of‑the‑art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application;
Fix defects in ServiceNow modules;
Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients;
Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules;
Write documentation and procedures, document the source code with comments, and produce technical documentation;
Implement corrective actions;
Report on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor, provide lessons learned and suggest optimizations for work processes.
Job Requirements
Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development;
Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization;
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs);
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts;
Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable;
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices;
Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certifications
Required:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Strongly Recommended:
Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS‑DF (CMDB and CSDM))
Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS‑ITSM)
