Role: Service Now Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Script Includes. Build and customize Service Portals and Employee Service Center (ESC). Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and web services. Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio. Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for business stakeholders. Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis. Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and new feature adoption. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules. Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog. Experience with REST API and SOAP-based integrations. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or SecOps modules. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
