- Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
- Full-time / Contract
- Salary :$60,000 MXN net monthly
About the Role
You will play a key role in building scalable solutions, enhancing personalization, and improving campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools .
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable multi-channel customer journeys
- Write and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and data management
- Ensure best practices in deliverability, personalization, and optimization
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SFMC campaigns and automation
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to implement solutions
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) :
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- AMPscript
- SQL
- SSJS
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Data Extensions
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments (plus)
- Advanced English required
