Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications using current technologies and methods.
- Manage site content, site capabilities, and provide daily maintenance for existing applications.
- Participate in software testing through review, analysis, and implementation activities.
- Work closely with DOR business stakeholders and IT management to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Perform both back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations for COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) SharePoint-based software.
- Design, develop, and maintain key software components using SharePoint Foundation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.
- Implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code for solutions.
- Develop proof of concept examples to demonstrate proposed solutions.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of operational information.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
- Utilize standard SharePoint concepts, practices, and procedures.
- (Desired) Utilize .NET coding skills (C#, VB.Net) and familiarity with Lanteria HR Software.
- (Preferred) Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- (Preferred) Possess Microsoft SharePoint Development certification(s).
- Demonstrate attention to detail, high-quality standards, and a commitment to error-free deliverables.
- Work independently, demonstrate motivation, and follow tasks through to completion.
