About the role
Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking applications for a Simulation Coordinator to join the team in this part time (22hrs per week) maximum term 9-month contract opportunity.
Mater Hospital Springfield is the community's first public hospital meeting the current and future health needs of the rapidly growing western corridor. We deliver this through the provision of world-leading healthcare – inside hospitals, in people’s homes and in the community, including targeted services for refugee and First Nations communities.
Salary range: $57.48 - $61.55 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
As the Simulation Coordinator, you will assist with to the facility set-ups, equipment maintenance and procurement for simulated practice within all Mater Education programs. You’ll work closely with Program Managers, Educators and Education Leads to deliver high-quality simulated learning environments and activities across all Mater Education sites.

You’re a motivated and organised professional with a passion for delivering high-quality simulation-based education. You bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate a small team to ensure exceptional learning experiences.
