Description of the job
The Site Manager reports to the Contract Manager (maintenance responsible). They coordinate and supervise the work of internal technicians and/or service providers within the allocated budget, ensuring safety procedures and instructions are followed. They are responsible for organizing and executing work to meet technical (KPIs) and economic objectives, managing site activity plans, budgets, and team performance, and supporting continuous optimization and profitability. They also conduct regular meetings, monitor activity indicators, manage conflicts, and ensure safety and internal rules compliance.
Ideal profile
The ideal candidate should have experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations. They should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The candidate must be capable of managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. They should have a customer-oriented approach, be autonomous, and able to handle conflicts effectively. Knowledge of technical and soft skills training, as well as experience in managing technical teams and projects, is preferred.
