Responsibilities:- Performs full-stack secureweb development including front-end user interfaces, business logic, and data layers.
- Partners with UX analysts to create effective end-user experiences.
- Collaborate with testers and QA analyst to ensure products are of high quality and fit for use and intended purpose.
- Participatesin thestrategic decisionsabouttechnology, definition, and implementation of thesoftware products.
- Executesoftware development projectsto include, ensuring that projectsare completed on time and according to qualitystandards,facilitatingcommunication upward and acrossprojectteam including projectstatus, justificationsfor variancesandtechnicalinformation.
- Estimates and prioritizesandtasks using Jira with theassistanceof architectsand managers.
- Monitors technology trends such as AI-assisted development
- Createsweb applicationsand componentsfrom the requirementsstage, through design, to production deployment.
- Possessesa thorough knowledge of programming andserversoftware operations.
- Designsand implementsreusable components for rapid application development
Skills:
- Strong customerservice and communicationsskills, both oral and written
- Strong critical thinkingskillsthatfacilitateexpedient problemsolving
- Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworkssuch asReact, Angular, or Vue
- Proficient in backend development using ActiveServer Pages(ASP.NET), C#, Javascript
- Experience withSitecoreContentManagementSystem (CMS) and web development best practicesforsecure DoD environments
- Experience with SQL, database design,schema development, and backend logic
- Skilled in developing responsive, accessible, andscalable web applications
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, andsolve complex issuesefficiently
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developmentteamsand collaborating withstakeholders
- Should have experience with agile development methodologiesand be able to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts
- Familiarity with MVC5 framework, PWAs, or mobile apps a plus
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ yearsprogressive experience in the use and deployment of mobile applications
- 4 yr degreein andIT or math related field/or equivalent yearsof experience
- Current active IAT II certification with related web development Computing Environment (CE) certification(s) tocomply withDoD 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements
- Primary work locationsin Tacoma, WA, Auroa, CO,San Antonio, TX, and FallsChurch,VA.Remotework may be considered inspecial caseswhen approved by the customer.
- Must be a USCitizen
- Experience working within Military Health environmentsisa plus
