The First 6 Months: AI Ops & Automated Testing Currently, there is no testing infrastructure in place. Your immediate mandate will be to spearhead their automated testing strategy from a blank slate. You will build a mature unit testing system that covers both isolated and integrated platform components. Beyond 6 Months: Open-Ended Innovation Once the testing foundation is mature, your role will become highly open-ended. AI Coding Experience (Compulsory): You must have hands-on experience experimenting with AI coding tools and workflows.
