Job Description:
Purpose of the Team and key projects
- Build automation tools for Client Warehouses that help associates with how, where, and what to work
- Basic solutions on them and on what kind of work
Team culture
- Very positive, diverse set up engineers and different background
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- Background computer science, software developement
- Java
- Design systems using the best design principles (like AWS)
Nice to haves:
- Development experience using AI
- Leadership experience that mentor junior SDE
- Ex- employee
Leadership Principles:
- Insist on highest standard
- Deliver results
Years of Experience:
- 3yrs minimum
Disqualifiers:
- Experiencing in testing and lack experience of dev application
Performance Indicators:
- Leadership principles
Degree/ Certification Requirements:
- Preferred; comp science
