Job Description:
- The PV Personalization & Discovery Growth team builds scalable marketing technology systems that power paid media campaigns across digital and social channels.
- Your solutions will directly impact customer acquisition, content discovery, and subscriber growth at global scale.
Primary responsibilities span the full campaign lifecycle:
- Building AI-powered automation for campaign creation and scheduling using agentic frameworks and LLMs, developing integrations with ad-tech platforms for campaign activation and delivery, designing data pipelines for real-time measurement and attribution, constructing campaign management tools and workflows for optimization and iteration, and developing multi-agent systems and AI co-pilots that accelerate the entire flywheel from campaign ideation through performance reporting.
- You will collaborate with Applied Scientists on ML-powered features including audience optimization and incrementality measurement, build monitoring and alerting infrastructure ensuring high-availability of marketing operations, and contribute to system design and code reviews that raise the engineering bar.
- The ideal candidate has a strong computer science foundation with experience in distributed systems, data engineering, and marketing technology or ad-tech platforms.
- They must be detail oriented, have strong written communication skills, ability to work independently, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- 2+ years of experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Spark, or Hadoop.

- Java / Python, AWS services (Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR), distributed systems, and data pipeline development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-native systems development, agentic frameworks (using Bedrock), ad-tech platforms, campaign management systems, AWS Cleanrooms, TypeScript.
