Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed systems that power the service
- Own end‑to‑end feature delivery from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product management, database engineers, and partner teams across AWS
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and drive technical excellence through code reviews, design documents, and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar for the team

- Base salary range: 114,800.00 - 191,800.00 CAD annually (plus sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, and other compensation elements)

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
