Software Developer Analyst

Job Summary:

The Developer/Programmer Analyst 2 is a full stack software engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using technologies such as C#, Blazor, WebAPI, and cloud platforms. This role involves working with modern UI frameworks like Angular and Visual Studio Code, supporting both front-end and back-end development tasks in a telework environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using C#, Blazor, and WebAPI.
• Implement cloud-based solutions and integrate cloud services.
• Collaborate on UI development using Angular and Visual Studio Code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency with C# and Blazor frameworks.
• Experience developing WebAPI services.
• Cloud platform experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Angular framework.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code development environments.

Special Considerations:

• May be required to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Travel requires pre-approved written authorization and must comply with State of Texas travel rules.
• Telework position with primary work location in Austin, Texas.

Scheduling:

• Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays.
• Work beyond 40 hours per week must be pre-approved and compensated at the hourly rate.
• Service period expected from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027 with a maximum of 2000 hours.
