Responsibilities
Support and implement vendor and customer API integrations, ensuring they\'re set up correctly and running smoothly in production. Investigate and resolve production API issues, debugging complex problems and working with stakeholders to keep things moving. Build monitoring, alerts, and dashboards that help us spot issues early and keep our APIs reliable. Deliver bug fixes, enhancements, and operational improvements that make our APIs easier to use and more stable over time. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless API adoption and support. Qualifications
A university degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a combination of education and previous experience would be considered. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with object-oriented programming (Java or C# preferred). Comfortable building and supporting REST APIs in cloud environments like AWS. Great communicator who works well in collaborative, cross-functional teams. Experience with test-driven development and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a nice to have. Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar frameworks is a nice to have. Background in fintech, payments, or regulated industries with exposure to customer-facing integrations and incident response is a nice to have.
