As a valued member of our Enterprise Protect technology team, you will help protect the bank and its customers by operating as an experienced developer for the Oracle-based Customer Risk Rating (CRR) platform. You will build secure, scalable and resilient autosys job scheduling workflows, unix-based processing and automation that strengthen capabilities against money laundering and support ongoing bank regulatory compliance.Department Overview
Purpose
Primary focus on development and enhancement initiatives to support enterprise-scale financial crime and risk management technology solutions leveraging Oracle Customer Risk Rating module that protect customers and support compliance, with production support engagement, including incident troubleshooting and system stabilization. Provide a broad range of system and application development capabilities to support business needs for highly regulated, enterprise-scale systems that process large volumes of data through complex batch and real-time workflows through the design, development and batch workflows orchestration using Autosys enterprise scheduler ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and operational stability. RequiredUndergraduate degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field3-5+ years of experience in application/system development and batch processing environmentsStrong hands‑on expertise in: AutoSys job scheduling (development, monitoring, troubleshooting), UNIX, SQL and shell scriptingProven experience in enterprise-scale batch processing environments with complex job dependenciesStrong proficiency in:Unix/Linux and Shell scriptingSQL and database technologiesSolid understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Testing, debugging, and code quality practicesAbility to: Perform root cause analysis and issue resolutionWork independently on moderately complex tasksStrong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsPreferredExperience supporting mission‑critical, high‑availability or regulatory‑driven systemsExperience with:Production support and incident management frameworksDevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub)Experience working in large financial institutions or regulated environmentsTechnology Environment
