Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems Make critical technical decisions and provide technical leadership Review and approve architectural designs and implementation approaches Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure code quality standards Mentor other developers, fostering their growth Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects Drive technical excellence and advocate for best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development Provide technical estimates for initiatives Handle critical production issues and incident response Required Skills & Experience Professional software development experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Expert‑level proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including but not limited to Laravel, PHP, Vue, js, node.js, next.js, Django, React, Flask, Angular, Python, Postgre SQL, My SQL, and SQL Server. Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and system design Proven track record of delivering complex projects Strong leadership capabilities Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to balance technical excellence with business pragmatism Professional Conduct Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Adhere to company policies and code of conduct Respect confidentiality and data protection requirements Communicate proactively about blockers, risks, and challenges Collaborate effectively with team members across departments Continuous Learning Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies Participating in training and professional development opportunities Share knowledge with team members through presentations or documentation Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Quality Standards Follow established coding standards and best practices Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations Take ownership of assigned work and deliver on commitments Participate in retrospectives and implement improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
