As a Senior Software Developer within the Data Platform's Infrastructure team, you'll own the operating model and infrastructure as code. Your primary duties include enhancing platform performance and ensuring operational practices for both Snowflake and Databricks. This is a role for an individual who thrives on technical leadership and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build infrastructure as code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Snowflake and Databricks operations and lifecycle
• Collaborate on cost management with FinOps for optimization
• Implement observability with monitoring, alerts, and dashboards
• Coordinate with product teams to align platform capabilities
Requirements:
• Experience managing Databricks infrastructure at scale
• Proven reliability and observability skills for SaaS
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Knowledge in Snowflake warehouse tuning and governance
• Strong Spark tuning and partitioning knowledge
