Responsibilities Leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house applications used across our manufacturing operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Owning and managing the backlog; continuously ensuring that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready. Designing and implementing user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular JS and Type Script. Developing robust back-end solutions using Java, Java Spring Boot, and SQL. (Secondary options:. NET, Python) Creating and maintaining APIs, ensuring they are well-documented and tested using Postman. IBM Maximo Participating in Agile software development processes, utilizing Rally for project management and tracking. Managing version control using Git and Git Hub, ensuring code integrity and collaboration. Deploying and managing applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services for scalability and performance. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to end-users as needed. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry. Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries. Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools. Experience working in Agile engineering environment. Waterfall Proficiency in administering and maintaining IBM Maximo, including configuration and troubleshooting, with strong experience creating and customizing forms using standard Maximo tools such as Application Designer and Database Configuration. Experience in administering and maintaining IBM Maximo, creating and customizing forms using Application Designer and Database Configuration, and developing or supporting BIRT reports to meet business reporting needs. Ability ti proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
