Software Engineer Backend Development Fintech Equities System Performance

As a Backend Software Developer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining backend services that power the Equities experience in our mobile and web applications. You'll design, write, test, and release product-facing features with a focus on correctness and scalability. Collaboration with PMs, frontend teams, and other partner teams will be key to delivering incremental product improvements. You'll also identify opportunities to improve system performance and team productivity, and reduce risk.
What you bring- 3+ years of Backend software development experience.
- Proven experience working on large projects with long-term impact.
- Ability to execute methodically and deliver features quickly and safely.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Interest in understanding and building key financial products.
