We are building a relationship first, tech enabled financial services company founded to help democratize the Private Markets. Henon is a pioneer of automation software providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full stack technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modelling and Reporting functions into a single platform.
Objectives of this role
- Full stack developer who can move fluidly between front-end and back-end work
- Building and implementing new development tools and features.
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
- Testing and reviewing code written by others and analyzing results.
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
- Working with other software developers and engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
- Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain efficient and repeatable workflows

- Previous working experience building high-performance, scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Working knowledge of LLM technology — how large language models work, their capabilities and limitations, prompt design, context management, and integrating LLM-powered features into applications.
- Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and relational data, with experience writing, debugging, and optimizing ML data structures, pipelines, and transformations in Python/Pandas/SQL and various ML libraries.
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, Full Stack Development, MongoDB, SQL, Linux, Redis, Celery, Tailwind, MUI.
- Experience with JS front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, & Angular.
- Experience with Python back-end frameworks such as Django & Flask.
- Experience taking ownership of a feature's product cycle from ideation to evaluation, coordinating with product, design, and other engineers.
- Previous work in fintech is a plus.
- Disciplined approach to software testing, including unit and integration tests.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
