Objectives of this role
Full stack developer who can move fluidly between front-end and back-end work
Building and implementing new development tools and features.
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
Testing and reviewing code written by others and analyzing results.
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
Working with other software developers and engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions.
Responsibilities
Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
Build and maintain efficient and repeatable workflows
Qualifications
Previous working experience building high-performance, scalable front-end and back-end applications.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Working knowledge of LLM technology — how large language models work, their capabilities and limitations, prompt design, context management, and integrating LLM-powered features into applications.
Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and relational data, with experience writing, debugging, and optimizing ML data structures, pipelines, and transformations in Python/Pandas/SQL and various ML libraries.
Experience with JS front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, & Angular.
Experience with Python back-end frameworks such as Django & Flask.
Experience taking ownership of a feature's product cycle from ideation to evaluation, coordinating with product, design, and other engineers.
Previous work in fintech is a plus.
Disciplined approach to software testing, including unit and integration tests.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
