Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field Preferred optional Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes. Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules. Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration; ability to manage certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows. Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making. Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions; strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
