Key Responsibilities Software Development : Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate .
Core Java Expertise : Apply strong fundamental clarity in Core Java , Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , and Design Patterns to build scalable and maintainable code.
Coding Standards : Ensure adherence to Java 8+ syntaxes and best coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Team Leadership & Guidance : Lead and provide guidance and direction to a team of senior and junior developers at offshore, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Project Delivery : Take on challenges and deliver high-quality work, even under tight schedules, demonstrating a proven track record of successful software delivery.
Collaboration : Work effectively as a team member within a minimum team size of 3, collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
Required Skills Mandatory Skills : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Data Structures .
Core Java Fundamentals : Strong understanding and clarity on Core Java concepts.
OOP & Design Patterns : Good experience in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
Java 8+ : Very comfortable with Java 8+ syntaxes and modern Java features.
Communication : Good command of both written and spoken English for effective team and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of software development experience, with significant focus on Java technologies.
