Following are the required skillsets.
Core Skills :
Must have :
- Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE
- Excellent coding, debugging skills in Java, J2EE
- Working knowledge in SQL and PLSQL
- Proficient in database designing and development using Oracle Databases
Good to have :
- Thorough knowledge in RDBMS & PLSQL programming
- Experience in Database performance tuning
- Understanding of Webservices standards, e.g. SOAP, WS Policies, JCA, etc.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent written & verbal communication, Interpersonal Skills to work in a global team
