Job Description:
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to own, maintain, and continuously improve our software delivery platform centered around GitLab CI/CD.
- The role includes AWS infrastructure automation, Terraform-based IaC, and management of multiple deployment environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Design scalable, reusable, and secure CI/CD pipeline templates.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform on AWS.
- Manage development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline reliability, performance, and security.
- Apply DevOps best practices to improve developer productivity and deployment quality.
- Collaborate with software architects, developers, and QA teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience administering and supporting repositories and pipelines.
- Strong Terraform and AWS expertise.
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Experience managing multiple deployment environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, automation, monitoring, and release management.
- Python or Bash scripting experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SW360 software component governance.
- Knowledge of Python package management and Poetry.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with software artifact and dependency management.
