Qualifications
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
- MCSD qualification is an added benefit.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Microsoft Technology stack.
- Ensure appropriate development and architecture strategies, frameworks, principles, and best practices are understood and applied.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies.
- Conformance to standards and best practices.
- Development completed to acceptable quality within agreed timelines.
