We’re looking for a Senior Lead Software Developer to be the technical backbone of our DC pension portal applications, mentor developers, and architect high-impact solutions.
You’ll bridge the gap between vision and execution by translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions and guiding your team to success.
What you’ll do
Build & Innovate: Design, code, test, and debug cutting-edge applications using Microsoft .NET, modern web technologies, and relational databases.
Lead & Mentor: Shape product architecture, develop project plans, and review work to foster growth in junior developers;
be the technical expertwhen stakes are high.
Strategize & Execute: Research and champion new technologies;
develop cost and time estimates;
make decisions tokeep projects on track;
propose innovative solutions based on evolving business needs.
Support & Solve: Provide Tier III technical support for urgent and complex issues;
monitor trends and improve support processes.
What you bringEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in application architecture and development
Technical Mastery
Core Skills: C#, Web API, Microservices, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX
Database Expertise: MS SQL Server 2019, T-SQL
Frameworks: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Angular, AngularJS
Modern Tools: Visual Studio, SSRS, Bootstrap, HTML5
Integration: WCF/Web Services, XML, JSON
Methodologies: DevOps, Agile
Architecture: Multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications with proven design patterns

Salary & BenefitsSalary Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
