As a Software Developer at Salto Identity Solutions, you will work closely with our development team to code, improve, and maintain modern web-based software products used by customers and partners around the world.
This is a full-stack role with a strong focus on C#, .NET, and modern web technologies. You will work on backend services, APIs, data integrations, and user-facing web applications with modern UX and clean UI. You will contribute to both new features and the continuous improvement of existing software, with attention to quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
You will work on two main product areas.
The first is our established identity and physical access management platform. This platform helps organizations simplify and automate the way they manage identities and physical access by registering, verifying, and granting permissions to people and their credentials in a secure and efficient way.
The second is our new SaaS platform, built with a modern cloud-native architecture, the latest technology stack, microservices, and Microsoft Azure. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to both a mature business-critical product and a new platform designed for future growth.
You will be involved in building and delivering software in production environments. You will also contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, and help maintain and improve both new and existing applications.
You are someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is not afraid to make decisions. You enjoy solving technical challenges while keeping quality, timelines, and customer value in mind.
You will work as part of a Scrum team. You have a strong interest in software architecture, IT infrastructure, security, and modern development practices. You also enjoy working with both colleagues and stakeholders, and you are comfortable sharing knowledge with other developers.
You will be part of a 7-person development team, where you and your teammates are jointly responsible for the software development of Salto Identity Solutions. Your Profile
As a Software Developer you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a software development
- HBO-level working and thinking skills
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Experience with Git version control
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to quality
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization like Docker or Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience with security, identity management, access control, or integrations
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in production environments

Terms & Conditions
- Salary: €3,500.00 - €4,500.00 per month (based on experience)
- Contract: 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent contract
- Working hours: 32–40 hours per week, standard office hours
