Software Developer - Fully Remote

We are currently recruiting for a Software Developer to join a growing business in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, developing and enhancing internal software platforms and business applications that support day-to-day operations. This role is being offered on a hybrid working basis, 3 days in the Aberdeen office and 2 days remote.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and technical partners to deliver reliable, scalable and user-focused applications. Designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications using C# and .NET
Building modern web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core, JavaScript and React
Designing and optimising Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries and stored procedures
Supporting application enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving software issues
Supporting software deployments and ongoing system improvements
Contributing to code reviews, testing and continuous improvement activities
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in software development, with strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript and modern web technologies. NET Core, React, SQL Server, APIs and database development is essential.
