Wiseway Logistics is looking for a Software Developer (contract, fully remote) to help build and maintain our transport management platform. You will work with a small, fast-moving team on the features and integrations that keep freight moving across our operations.
About the role
- Develop and maintain backend services and web features for our transport management system
- Build integrations with carriers, tracking APIs, and internal tools
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Comfortable working with Linux servers and Git-based workflows
- Conversational Chinese (Mandarin), fluency not required
- Good written English for team communication
- Able to work independently in a remote, contract setting
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, freight, or supply-chain software
- Familiarity with front-end web development
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
This is a remote contract position open to candidates based in Indonesia.
