Job Summary:

The Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications primarily using C# and WebAPI technologies. The position requires expertise in full stack development, cloud platforms, and front-end frameworks such as Angular. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, supporting business needs with scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# and WebAPI.
  • Implement full stack solutions including front-end development with Angular and Visual Studio Code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud-based applications.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
  • Support hybrid work model by working both on-site and remotely as needed.
  • Coordinate work efforts outside normal business hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays when requested.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with C# development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with WebAPI.
  • Strong experience with Angular and Visual Studio Code for UI development.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Full stack development experience.
  • Cloud platform experience.
  • Experience working in hybrid on-site and remote environments.
Special Considerations:
  • Work may require occasional travel with pre-approved authorization and adherence to state travel policies.
  • Must be available to work outside normal business hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as requested.
  • Compliance with State of Texas Department of Banking policies and procedures.
Scheduling:
  • Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding state holidays.
  • Hybrid work schedule with both on-site presence at Austin, Texas location and telework.
  • Overtime requires prior approval and will be compensated accordingly.
