What We're Looking For :
- 8+ years of professional experience in software, 4+ years of experience in Python.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects , make technical decisions, and keep teams on track.
- Prior experience working with public cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills —you're comfortable bridging technical and business conversations.
- Passion for working with other strong engineers and contributing to a high-caliber team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
What You'll Do :
- Design, build, and deploy robust solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) using the latest technology including Generative AI and AI Agents :
- Develop high-quality code in Python , following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with a deeply experienced architecture team to ensure alignment on design and platform strategy.
- Take ownership of technical projects from planning through execution, coordinating across teams to drive delivery.
- Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and technical insights to both engineering and non-engineering audiences.
- Contribute to and help evolve our engineering standards, architecture decisions, and development workflows.
