What youll be working with:
Camunda 7/8 & IBM BPM / BAW
Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices
BPMN/DMN workflow modelling & orchestration
Kafka / Confluent event-driven integrations
CI/CD pipelines & Azure DevOps
AI-enabled workflow optimisation & automation
What were looking for:
5+ years software development experience
Strong workflow automation & process orchestration capability
Experience deploying and monitoring BPM solutions
Event-driven architecture integration experience
Banking industry exposure advantageous
Passion for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
