Position Summary
We seek a talented Data/Software Engineer passionate about advancing drug discovery through cutting‑edge technology and open science collaboration to join our team at the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) in order to develop a cloud-based platform that will revolutionize the drug discovery process. As a Data/Software Engineer at SGC, you will be at the forefront of developing a cloud‑based platform called AIRCHECK (Artificial Intelligence‑Ready CHEmiCal Knowledge base). This platform will facilitate the global sharing of chemical screening data following FAIR and Open science principles. The data will be highly structured and well‑annotated, optimizing the development and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches in drug discovery.
