Purpose of the Position

The Software Developer will support the design, development, and deployment of modern software and AI‑driven solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working across the full stack and is excited about leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and innovation. The successful candidate will contribute to building web applications and AI tools.

They will work closely with the Automation Team Lead and Development Team to scope, design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that create real operational impact.

This role requires someone who not only understands AI concepts but can effectively use AI‑assisted development tools to build faster and smarter.

Qualifications / Experience Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. (Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.) 3–6 years of experience in Software Development would be an advantage. Required Outputs and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Solution Development Contributing to both frontend and backend development Building scalable and maintainable systems Writing clean, documented, and testable code Deploying and managing containerized applications Assisting in the development of AI‑powered tools Leveraging AI tools to accelerate development cycles Continuously identifying opportunities to improve development efficiency using AI Infrastructure & Deployment Support Assisting with hosting, deployment, and environment management Ensuring solutions are secure, stable, and scalable Working closely with the Team Lead and Development Team Participating in solution scoping and architectural discussions Providing progress updates and technical input Supporting testing and quality assurance processes Working closely with stakeholders and expectation management Required Technical Skills Proficiency in Python Java C# Git / Git Hub Docker Understanding of REST APIs and modern web architecture Additional Technical Skills Would Be an Advantage AWS/Azure or other cloud platform experience Knowledge of j Query, React or Angular Share Point (development and administration) Machine Learning knowledge Cybersecurity fundamentals Networking and hosting knowledge Experience building and maintaining Saa S platforms Experience with Nintex workflow development Personal Attributes
