Software Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce

Writing code is one thing. Keeping a global platform running while continuously improving it – that’s where the real challenge begins.
At BESTSELLER TECH, you’ll help build, operate and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce platform. You’ll develop new functionality, design solutions, solve complex production challenges and contribute to a platform used by stores around the world.
This is a role that combines software development, operations and technical support. You’ll work close to both the technology and the business, helping ensure our Commerce platform runs reliably today while continuously evolving for tomorrow.
YOUR TEAM You’ll join a self‑organised team with end‑to‑end responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. Together, you develop new functionality, solve production challenges and continuously improve the platform.
Based in Málaga, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across software development, operations and support, while collaborating with teams in Denmark and across Europe.
There is always someone to spar with, but you’ll also have the freedom to take responsibility for your own work. We believe great collaboration comes from working together, while also offering the flexibility to combine office collaboration with hybrid working.
YOUR JOB You’ll work across software development, operations and technical support to ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce remains stable, scalable and continues to evolve alongside our business.
Some days you’ll develop new functionality. Others you’ll investigate production issues, design solutions for new markets or prepare the next release. Whatever the task, you’ll work closely with your team to understand the challenge and deliver the right solution.
Developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce
Designing and implementing technical solutions that meet both business and technical requirements
Investigating and resolving complex production issues while supporting third‑level incidents
Designing and implementing fiscalisation solutions to support new markets and ensure compliance with changing legal requirements
Contributing to releases, automated testing and continuous improvements
Collaborating closely with colleagues across development, support and Microsoft’s product teams while exploring new technologies, including AI

YOUR PROFILE You enjoy writing code, solving technical challenges and working close to both technology and the business. You’re motivated by understanding problems, finding practical solutions and seeing your work perform in production. In addition, we’re looking for someone who:
Has solid software development skills and enjoys working in code every day
Has experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, React, SQL or PowerShell
Has experience with – or a strong desire to learn – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
Has a good business understanding and enjoys translating user needs into technical solutions
Is comfortable working across software development, operations and production support
Enjoys collaborating with colleagues from different professional backgrounds in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly
