Responsibilities: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment, and support Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web-based applications Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions Work with sensitive and complex data while maintaining high standards of security and quality Contribute to system performance improvements and ongoing product innovation Perform testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices Requirements - Minimum 5 years of software development experience. - Strong Python development experience. - Experience working with Django or a similar web framework. - Strong SQL and relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL. - Experience building and supporting production web applications. - Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
