Experteer Overview As Software Development Technical Team Leader, you guide software activities across sites to deliver real-time features for rail passenger information systems. You’ll coordinate cross-site teams, define work packages, and contribute technically through design, development, and testing. You’ll configure software and Linux services, ensure cybersecurity, and explore new technologies. This role suits someone who thrives on distributed systems and shaping robust, scalable solutions that move people safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Coordinate and provide technical support for a multi-project team across sites Define tasks and work packages for software activities Configure and implement features within projects Design module and framework extensions Develop, test, and document code Configure and integrate ANNAX software and Linux services Analyze issues and fix bugs Apply cybersecurity rules and live clean code principles Evaluate new technologies and approaches Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar Proficient in Linux, Embedded Linux, IP networks C++, scripting languages (bash, python), Unit Testing, UML Documentation with doxygen, sphinx and plantuml Code management with git, gitlab Professional English Ability to work independently Interest in distributed systems and practical problem solving Willingness to travel occasionally Benefits smart working: 2 days per week flexible hours canteen welfare platform accident insurance tax assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
