Software Developer for Training AI Data — RemoteImmediate opportunity – Tool Use Sprint starting this week! We have a major project launching THIS WEEK with opportunities for 1000+ developers. The initial Tool Use sprint will run for 10 days, focusing on training AI models to use tools and APIs effectively. Success on this project will open doors to additional tool use projects in our pipeline. We need to onboard as many developers as possible in the next 7‑10 days.Location:Remote (Worldwide)Contract Type:Long‑term contractHours:Flexible, 15‑40+ hours per weekOverviewYou’ll join an expert annotation team to create training data for the world’s most advanced AI models. No previous AI experience is necessary. Seek developers with professional coding experience to train large AI language models, helping generative AI models write better code and use tools effectively.What Will I Be Doing?Auditing AI model’s tool usage and API interactionsReading, writing, and editing JSON filesWorking with APIs – building, using, and integrating themSolving coding problems in your preferred programming languageWriting test cases to confirm code works efficientlyCreating instructions to help train AI modelsReviewing and improving technical outputsExpectations are 15+ hours per week;
however, there is no upper limit. Developers work 20‑40+ hours per week and are paid weekly per hour of work done on the platform. The contract is open-ended for the next 2 years but can be ended at any time.
