Here’s what you can expect:
New development and further refinement of the user interface for our control center software, to ensure optimal management of daily public transit operations and a user-friendly experience for transit agencies!
- You’ll be involved in the entire software development process
- Together with your team, you’ll develop the graphical user interface (GUI) for our applications as well as the corresponding data feed
- You’ll contribute to the design of use cases and implement them independently
- You’ll develop JavaFX components for our RCP application
- Active participation in the implementation of agile development processes (Scrum)
- Technologies used include JavaFX, Eclipse 4 RCP, and EMF
What you bring to the table:
- A completed technical degree in the IT field or a comparable qualification is required
- You have in-depth knowledge of Java, Eclipse RCP, or JavaFX
- A strong interest in the architecture of software solutions is a plus. You enjoy developing system architecture and helping shape their long-term structure
- Experience with implementation in a cloud environment is a plus
- Regular communication with others is essential for you, in both German and English
- You’re passionate about solving complex problems, developing creative ideas, and thinking outside the box
