The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of services end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and long-term support. /p h3In This Role, You Will /h3 ul liDesign and develop internal company-wide web applications and services. /li liParticipate in the creation of solution architecture, from selecting approaches to decomposing services and defining their interactions. /li liBuild and maintain services running in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments. /li liDevelop tools and platforms for localization workflows and integrate them with third-party systems. /li liImprove the reliability, scalability, and observability of our systems. /li liCollaborate with other teams to evolve shared infrastructure and internal platforms. /li /ul h3We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have /h3 ul liStrong 3- 5 years experience in backend web development using Kotlin or Java. /li liExperience with Node.js. /li liA solid understanding of modern backend frameworks (e.g. Ktor and Spring). /li liExperience designing and building production-grade systems. /li liAn understanding of distributed-system fundamentals (e.g. networking, fault tolerance, and scalability). /li liExperience working with cloud environments (AWS or similar). /li liFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration. /li liThe ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. /li liA willingness to take ownership of systems in production (including by offering support and assisting with continuous improvement). /li liGood communication skills and a collaborative mindset. /li /ul h3We Would Be Especially Thrilled If You Have /h3 ul liExperience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform). /li liExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. /li liExperience with observability tools (e.g. metrics, logging, and tracing). /li liPractical experience using AI tools or agents in development workflows. /li /ul h3Why join JetBrains? /h3 ul liStrong base salary.
