Overview

Design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software. Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system. Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs to avoid unwanted results when changes are made. Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive video games, Internet and mobile applications. Write documentation for new and updated software.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software.
  • Analyze information to recommend and plan installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
  • Evaluate interrelationships between programs to anticipate effects of changes.
  • Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive video games, Internet and mobile applications.
  • Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e‑commerce, Internet and mobile applications.
  • Develop, implement, modify and maintain gameplay features that integrate with existing software.
  • Write documentation for new and updated software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
  • Strong full-stack development understanding and software engineering concepts.
  • Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
  • Deep programming language knowledge.
  • Creativity is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Details

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (day, morning, night, weekends)
  • Salary: $36.45 – $57.69 per hour
