KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Software Development Engineer on the Quick team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and optimizing the platform’s core components.
Your work will ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability while directly impacting how businesses leverage AI for enhanced operations and data‑driven decision‑making.
You will build features that set new standards in the GenAI field, solve the hardest engineering challenges to enable machine‑learning powered solutions, deliver large scalable systems, and design new software systems.
Additionally, you will mentor engineers, provide leadership on complex technical issues, and drive strategic technical projects that have a significant bottom‑line impact on the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
* 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language
* 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
* Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
