About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (Frontend) to lead and build the most amazing product experience on our Gravity AI Studio platform. You'll work at the cutting edge of AI-powered healthcare technology, owning the complete UI layer while collaborating with a high-performing team to solve real customer pain points. This is a heavy front-end role with full-stack expectations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving environment and embraces AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

A Day in the Life

Lead front-end development for Gravity AI Studio, converting requirements into production-ready implementations and setting UI guidelines for the team.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-facing software.
Leverage Gen AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as part of your daily development workflow.
Contribute to the UI roadmap and participate in agile ceremonies.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
4–6 years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
Hands-on experience with Gen AI dev tools in a professional setting.
Proven track record of shipping and maintaining customer-facing products in production.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and building scalable SaaS products.
Basic to intermediate Python experience for backend development.
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
