We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. SDE / Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, GenAI, and modern backend architectures. This role involves building secure, scalable, AI-powered applications in a regulated cloud environment.
Required Skills
Expert in Python with FastAPI, async programming, clean architecture, testing, and CI/CD
Strong system and API design experience with microservices and secure authentication (IAM, JWT, Cognito, Okta)
Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems with orchestration, tool calling, guardrails, retries, and multi-agent workflows
Experience implementing RAG pipelines from scratch including chunking, embeddings, hybrid retrieval (semantic + BM25), and re-ranking
Experience with vector and graph stores such as OpenSearch and pgvector
Ability to design lineage graphs and build traversal logic across dependent systems
Experience building MCP servers and integrating AI tools and services
Strong data ingestion experience handling unstructured exports (Jira, CMDB, code repositories) with schema validation frameworks such as Pydantic
AWS serverless expertise with ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, and IAM
Strong backend engineering and cross-service integration experience with end-to-end ownership
Preferred Skills
GenAI delivery in regulated enterprise environments
Security and threat-modeling mindset
Token optimization and cost-conscious AI development
Healthcare, payer, claims, or legacy system experience
Nice to Have
React + FastAPI full-stack experience
Neptune graph database experience
Experience with agentic coding frameworks
Terraform/IaC exposure (not required)
