Job requirements

    Experience Range:
  • With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered healthcare solution development and Azure cloud engineering
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-powered healthcare solutions leveraging large language models and Generative AI services to enhance member experiences
  • Build and enhance conversational healthcare assistants, implementing intelligent workflows for personalized member service journeys
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including semantic search, healthcare knowledge retrieval, and integration with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
  • Engineer and orchestrate AI agents for complex healthcare workflows, implementing multi-step reasoning, tool-calling patterns, and workflow automation
  • Enable healthcare member experience features such as provider search, facility search, symptom guidance, benefits and coverage guidance, cost estimation, claims status, and contact center escalation
  • Collaborate with AI architects and platform teams to implement AI Gateway integrations, LLM routing and orchestration, prompt management, transcript logging, observability, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
  • Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and chatbot interfaces, integrating AI models into web-based applications while ensuring performance, latency, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to healthcare privacy requirements, implementing guardrails, monitoring, safety mechanisms, and supporting HIPAA and Responsible AI compliance
