Senior Software Development Engineer
Job requirements
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL queries, and custom Salesforce components for enhanced functionality.
- Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Configure and enhance Agentforce features, including Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions, and AI-driven use cases for improved agent productivity.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation to drive actionable analytics.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in deployments and production support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification
Experience Range: With at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including significant expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
