Qualifications & Experience- 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Direct, hands‑on experience developing software for robotic or complex mechatronic systems
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python with experience building production‑grade software
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 frameworks and robotic middleware
- Exposure to multiple robotics domains such as SLAM/navigation, manipulation/grasping, perception/computer vision, motion planning, or robot applications
- Experience with real‑time software development, multithreaded programming, or embedded Linux environments
- Familiarity with simulation tools like Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or equivalent
- Experience deploying software to physical robotic platforms in industrial or production settings
- Experience with open‑source Linux‑based development tools and architectures
- Knowledge of sensor integration and calibration techniques
