What You’ll Be Doing
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# or Golang leveraging AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) under the guidance of senior developers
Assist in coding, debugging, and validation tasks, focusing on AI‑driven development workflows and software design plans
Participate in software project planning, feature enhancement, and bug fixing, with an eye toward Agentic system integration
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality software solutions in an AI‑first environment
Learn and apply best practices in software development, including automated testing and AI‑enhanced documentation
Work with modern tech stacks and frameworks to improve product performance and user experience
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Tech Stack: Proficiency in C# and/or Golang, or a strong willingness to learn and work with these languages
AI‑Native Mindset: Highly proficient in using LLMs (like Gemini) to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and learning
Experience: Previous internship experience in software development is highly preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prompt effectively to solve complex technical issues
A proactive learner who can work effectively in a fast‑paced, Agentic environment
Able to work on‑site in the Shenzhen office 5 days a week for at least 6 months
