- The SDET II will work cross-functionally with an integrated team of developers, product managers, and QA Engineers for test planning and development, automation requirements, and tools creation.
- This position is part of TigerConnect growth into the Mexico City technology hub.

This is a hybrid position and is anticipated to be in the office semi-regularly.
- What You'll Be Doing:
- Help to evaluate our currently existing automation framework and test scripts and drive any necessary changes-
- Defining, developing, maintaining, and executing the automation of test scripts utilizing various functional frameworks to provide robust test coverage-
- Developing an easy-to-understand test coverage matrix and reporting on automation's successes and failuresEnsuring automation coverage and test execution are complete during each sprint and before release-
- Involvement in new feature automation supporting the development team-
- Conducting feasibility studies on comprehensive test plans that drive the automation strategy-
- Conducting test-leveling exercises to determine the best test layer to secure code quality- What You Bring:
- 2+ years of full-time, hands-on SDET experience in an agile environmentExperience in JS, Web driver IO, Selenium, or cypress (Python is a plus)-
- Exposure to automation tools such as Appium, XCTest, Xcode and Android Studio, Sauce Labs, or similar-
- Passion and desire to learn best in class test automation process-
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience-
- Ability to gain expertise in system-level testing, development and software design and solid working knowledge of Selenium and coding languages (JavaScript or Java)Perks & Benefits We Offer:
